Wartaperubahan.Online, – Wakil Menteri Pertahanan, Donny Ermawan Taufanto, memimpin langsung acara Pengalihan Sekretariat Dewan Ketahanan Nasional (Wantannas) kepada pemerintah, dalam hal ini Kementerian Pertahanan, yang berlangsung di Aula BTI, Kemhan, Jakarta, pada Kamis (10/4).
Pengalihan ini ditandai dengan penyerahan berita acara dan memorandum dari Sekjen Wantannas kepada Wamenhan, sebagai implementasi Peraturan Presiden Nomor 202 Tahun 2024 tentang Dewan Pertahanan Nasional (DPN).
Dalam sambutan Menteri Pertahanan Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin yang dibacakan oleh Wamenhan, disampaikan harapan agar pengalihan ini dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja DPN melalui peningkatan pendanaan, sumber daya manusia, dan kelengkapan dokumen pendukung.

Langkah ini juga bertujuan untuk memperkuat sistem pertahanan negara serta meningkatkan efektivitas koordinasi dan perumusan kebijakan pertahanan nasional.
Vice Minister of Defence, Donny Ermawan Taufanto, personally led the handover ceremony of the Secretariat of the National Resilience Council (Wantannas) to the government, in this case, the Ministry of Defence, held at the BTI Hall, Ministry of Defence, Jakarta, on Thursday (April 10).
The handover was marked by the submission of the minutes and a memorandum from the Secretary General of Wantannas to the Vice Minister of Defence, as part of the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 202 of 2024 concerning the National Defence Council (DPN).
In the speech of Defence Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin, delivered by the Vice Minister, it was conveyed that the handover is expected to optimize the performance of the DPN through increased funding, human resources, and supporting documentation.
This initiative also aims to strengthen the national defence system and enhance the effectiveness of coordination and formulation of national defence policy.
